Shipping Policy – Limina

At Limina, we strive to get your new favorite pieces to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the details below so you know what to expect when ordering from us.
Order Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Processing time begins once your payment is authorized and does not include weekends, holidays, or any delays from high-volume periods (e.g., sales events or holidays).
• Custom or made-to-order items may take longer—up to 5–7 business days for processing. We’ll notify you via email if your order falls into this category.
• For the first two drops, shipping will take 2–3 weeks after the drop date (quality takes time, and we’re not rushing the details).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options within the United States (domestic shipping only at this time):
• Standard Shipping — $10.00 (free on orders over $120)
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.
• Express Shipping — $15.00
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after processing.
International shipping is not currently available. We hope to expand soon—stay tuned!
Note: Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier volume, incorrect addresses, or other unforeseen issues.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) for standard orders and UPS or FedEx for express. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the provided number.
Important Information
• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
• P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO: We happily ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses using USPS.
• Signature Requirements: Express orders may require a signature upon delivery.
• Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is significantly delayed or marked as lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
• Customs & Duties (International – when available): For future international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
