Return Policy – Limina Clothing

At Limina Clothing, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered with a simple and fair return policy.

Eligibility

  Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date

  Item must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached

  Include original packaging (if applicable)

  Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required

Non-Returnable Items

  Sale / final sale items

  Custom or personalized products

  Undergarments, swimwear, or intimates (for hygiene reasons)

  Gift cards

How to Return

1.  Contact us @liminaassistance@gmail.com or DM @1.Jontay / @liminaszn

2.  Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label (U.S. only)

3.  Package your item securely and drop it off with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label

4.  We’ll process your return within 5–7 business days after we receive it

Refunds

  Refund issued to original payment method

  Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  Return shipping is free for U.S. customers using our prepaid label

  International returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size/color.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at liminaassistance@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or full refund (including original shipping) at no cost to you.
